Pros
Decent pay, especially compared to similar jobs in the industry OK benefits, able to learn a lot if you're interested Company tries to keep up morale with BBQs, catered lunches, company picnic
Cons
Hours... bad, but it's a 24/7 workplace, so you know that going in Loud work environment, mandatory (ugly) uniforms Co-workers for the most part complain that there is too much work, but they barely do the minimum Management could be a lot better
