Disappointed - Anonymous employee Darigold Employee Review

Poor management: when you're on the team, you have it. When you're a worker, you don't know nothing. In the meantime management thinks they know it all and they will let you know. Lately from corporate many new policies in place driving working nuts and production down. Turnover is high, experience leaves, newbies stay.... for awhile. And then they wonder why we can't run the equipment.
