Pros
401K, former co-workers were awesome, I never would have made it through their lynching without them!
Cons
-Management is dishonest, abusive, immature. -HR will break the law if you don't watch your back and stand up for your rights. I was bullied out the door when after four years of dedication and hard work, I filed for intermittent FMLA for a chronic health condition and to protect my good attendance. Management had added attendance to one of the areas we were scored and reviewed on and I was unable to see my doctor when I needed to without it affecting my attendance record and if I had to take an extra hour for lunch to see my doctor it went against my score. Immediatley after filing for Intermittent FMLA which has to have a doctors signature, I was put through 10 months of abuse and bullying by my managers. They were dishonest about my performance, and my reviews went from an above avaerage performance to fails to meet position requirements. They took the bonus away from me that I had worked all year for. I could have let them fire me and then I could have sued them but I took the high road and left on my own. I am still trying to recover in my career and its been 3 years. -Hostile environment, Some managers behave as though they are in High School, whispering on the phone, unethical working relationships between director and manager. -I was part of a "dream team" made up of employees who were dedicated to the goal of the department and to each other. Management was stupid enough to destroy something they will never find again. Department turnover is out of control ever since. -HR had a really high turnover rate while I was there. Any good employees they hired in HR would quit. One after another.
