Pay is lower then it should be for the jobs preformed

Cons

Being tested before entering the plant for Covid19, asking numerous questions for screening purposes. Have on female employee working in the warehouse in Portland, who admitted to attending the Riots on going in Portland for two days, but did not share this with the health screeners. She sits in the breakroom without a face mask and after Supervisor and Plant Manager told about this, she was not sent home.

Darigold is committed to continuing to educate, train, and remind all employees of the importance of: wearing eye coverings, wearing face coverings, and socially distancing, both while in the workplace and in public. Other action will be considered where appropriate. Additionally, Darigold is committed to the health, safety and well-being of all employees and has implemented protocols and policies, based on Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (“CDC”) recommendations, to reduce the risk of infection and protecting others at work and at home. These protocols and policies, including health screenings and associated questions, are continually updated as COVID-19 and related information continue to develop. We believe our precautionary steps are working well and we will continue to monitor and adjust as needed, based on guidance and recommendations from the CDC and other local health authorities.

Cons

communication on wage increase and consistentecy among wage increases between peers, unheathy and threatening supervisors when situations arouse.
