Pros
The hours are flexible, which is good for students. The pay was a couple bucks above minimum wage. Generally younger people worked there. Support from the management was there. Family kind of environment.
Cons
Very busy restaurant. People get angry when they have to wait to eat and take it out on the people who work there.
