Pros

The only good thing i can say is that atleast it was close to home.

Cons

From the outside, this company tries to look polished and respectable. On the inside, it’s a slow-motion train wreck of mismanagement, control, and petty office politics. The admin team spends more time gossiping than leading, creating a workplace where backstabbing isn’t a problem—it’s a feature. Safety rules and OSHA compliance are treated as optional inconveniences, and employee well-being is simply not on the agenda. The culture is built on surveillance and punishment. Cameras with audio in break rooms make sure you never truly get a break, while “time management” policies are used like a weapon: a few minutes late? Pay docked. Hours of extra work? Not even a thank you. If management decides they don’t like you, they’ll drown you in impossible workloads until you either quit or fail. Respect is nonexistent, recognition is a myth, and trust doesn’t survive your first week. If you value your health, dignity, or basic self-respect, keep walking. This place will grind you down and act like you should be grateful for it.

Pros

Lights a fire under your a** to interview like crazy with other employers.

Cons

Why do I have to give a star? NONE. I worked at this dump for 6 months, found another job, (obviously) gave my 2 weeks notice, (which is the standard courtesy you provide to an employer) and instead of being grateful that I extended that courtesy, they fired me on the spot. I've never worked at such a petty, childish low morale place in my life and I am happy that I never have to return there again. Let me give you a clear example of the type of employer this is. This one example speaks volumes, and you can make your own correct assumptions based on this one story of how Dantzler handled the termination of one of its' employees. A few days before I gave my 2 weeks notice, Dantzler terminated one of their managers. For the sake of argument, let's just say his name was Billy H. You know how at your job, when someone is terminated, an email goes out saying simply that so and so is no longer employed by the company with no details given? That's not how Dantzler does it. Dantzler sends that same email to the entire company, but with details stating that not only was the employee terminated (as bad and probably illegal as that is) but also with the reasons WHY they were fired (definitely illegal). THEN, after that email goes out, the childish, low class owner of the company (for the sake of argument, let's say his name is Ross G and he loves Obama and dresses like him for Halloween) piles on and trashes the former employee even further in that same email string to the entire company. I would say that if you are unfortunate enough to work at this dump and you find another job, don't give notice, just walk out the door on your last day before the start date of your new job because that is the treatment this cheap, petty business deserves. Oh, and by the way, no 401K, no healthcare for your spouse, no bonuses, and no raises. I heard complaints every day from nearly every employee that they haven't received a raise in years. One of them said they had no raise in 7 years! And that's during Bidenflation (voted for by the owner of the company). I'm thinking "why would you stay with such an awful employer for that long when they treat you like dogs?" This company does not care about their employees. They have people working there for decades that are driving forklifts in their 70s and 80s and they have to work until the day they die because Dantzler does not offer any sort of retirement plan. Now, yes, the employees should plan for this and also not work there, but it just goes to show how little regard this employer has for people who dedicated their entire working career to them. They die penniless.
