It's a family business run by people who don't know how to run a business. It is very male oriented at the top. Constant backstabbing. Extreme racism, ageism, sexism. If you are Hispanic be prepared to be referred to as Mexican. Complaints of sexual harassment are dismissed by management. Managers speak in foreign languages at meetings or in a small group setting. You may be fired for no reason even after dozens of years working there. Top management flips out on us lowly employees. People are forced into overtime or lose a job. I can't wait to get out of here.
