Pros
Julian is fantastic and has the best interest of the employees at heart. It’s such a shame he is very busy and can’t be there at all time. My team leader on the other hand was inadequate at his job. I would still recommend the business to others, just for a different department

Awful team leader Other senior managers were aware of his behaviour but nothing was done.
