Pros

Coworkers and office environment were professional yet friendly. Many people work here for decades

Cons

The Albuquerque office building isn't as nice as those of competitors, however majority of employees get their own office

Pros

Benefits are good. Also, the ladies at the front desk at the main Albuquerque office are amazing.

Cons

This company is not diverse at all. There are very few people of color or young people working there. I did not have a good experience working at the Albuquerque lab, as the manager had made very insensitive (racist, transphobic) comments, and when I went to HR, I was told that "any reasonable person would not find this offensive" and so nothing would be done. Also, other assistant manager tried to recommend me a Podcaster who is a well known racist, and said that it was his favorite Podcaster. This is the kind of environment that you will be working in. Every time the lab was slow on work, my manager asked me to take time off so they could save money by not paying me. When covid-19 came into effect, my hours were decreased until I was working 8-12 hours a week. I was also treated as if I was "causing problems" for raising concerns during the start of covid-19.
