      Pros

      good people to work with. flexible schedule. fair task distribution and hours distribution. Easily switch between teaching and desk hours if wanted.

      Cons

      No room for growth or a raise. Sometimes have to deal with cranky costumers, but it's like that at any job dealing with the general public.
