Working with some of the best (non-management) people in the business.
Cons
Poor pay, benefits, raises; too many middle managers; upper management believes everyone is out to cheat them/the company. No recognition of hard working employees during good times or bad. HR isn't looking out for you; they're looking to meet forecasts/metrics/KPIs. You're just another number on a spreadsheet.
