Starting a conversation off with “Who is going to lose?” invariably trickles into other areas outside of strictly managing the business. Danaher doesn’t want to lose when an associate cries foul of sexual harassment (or any harassment), and would rather bury the body by blacklisting and ghosting candidates. Takeaway from this slide? Great process here, definitely some great people, but keep your head down and don’t verbalize your complaints because if someone says or does something that makes you feel uncomfortable, YOU will lose. Not Danaher or the alleged offender.
