      Danaher business system is first class lean training, top down goal planning (called policy deployment) is key to long term success, opportunities everywhere for those who perform well.

      Cons

      Very very demanding, you are either moving up or moving out!

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      Cons

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
