- Pressure drives performance - DBS concept interesting intellectually at the beginning
Cons
- No training, no backoffice investment - Dogmatic approach "processes will drive success" - Redundant reporting without enough focus on core results - Not enough meritocracy: some senior posts will just be assigned rotationally or based on relationships. If you are not well connected you may work 80 hours weeks til you retire and not get anything.
