      DBS system good for business and own professional development

      Cons

      company values not lived at individual level companies. At Dental Platform radical firings especially in sales - not keeping the best, business damaging. Customers pissed, competitors happy. It is a disaster.

      My experience at Danaher was overwhelmingly positive. Great place to innovate and to see your contributions make a different. DBS taught me so much.

      I don't think there is a drawback to working for Danaher. But everyone has their own experiences.
