      Good health insurance and dental.

      Cons

      They are always firing people or working on firing people. The Union and HR doesn't give a crap about you. The next contract next year will be a disaster. They will say no cars are selling so no raises. Train wreck coming.

      FMLA was standard and they were accommodating to pumping mothers. A standard 4 day 10hr shift that was doable Unionized Held safety meetings

      Could use more overtime opportunities
