Lots of hours if you want the hours, off on holidays, off for the winters Thanksgiving through late march through mid April
Cons
1. "Boys Club" If you brown nose the job foreman you get to slack off. If you do your job and keep it professional you get crapped on. 2. Some of the employees live near the owner Dan Perrick JR. and are suppose to be "great Equipment Operators" but truth is I wouldn't let them operate my lawnmower. 3. You are not guaranteed a job every spring
