Pros

Working as a front desk agent at Dan Hotels in Israel was a valuable experience. I developed strong customer service and communication skills while assisting both local and international guests. The job required multitasking, attention to detail, and problem-solving under pressure. It also provided a great opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment and be part of a professional, service-oriented team.

Cons

Long working hours, high workload during peak seasons, and occasional pressure from demanding guests.
