      It's an easy job and the pay has gotten better

      Cons

      Been passed up for promotion multiple times when I'm more qualified than my boss. They use phrases like "teamwork" and "chain of command" like they know what they mean. Lazy coworkers get away with a lot and I get to clean up the mess.
