Great place to work in - Senior Web Developer Damteq Employee Review

Personally I think Damteq has plenty of oppertunities to help contribute towards building your skills and experience in the industry. The consistent workflow seemed to allow a good pace of work, which was very reassuring during times of an unstable economy. I found the boss showed on numerous occasions his appreciation for his staff and given it wouldn't negatively impact work some downtime/recreation.

With an always growing company, things change. Personally I didn't feel I was any longer a good fit for the company, however this can be a massive pro if you're in it for the long run and don't want things to become stagnant.

Great team of friendly people who really know their stuff. You’re encouraged to share ideas and use their training budget to learn new skills and progress in your career. Compared to other places I’ve worked, Damteq is often a chilled and laid back environment with a supportive management team.

The flexible working rules aren’t as flexible as other places, same goes for WFH. However, they are accommodating for appointments, early finishes/late starts when needed.
