My typical day: making sure employees have all they need, helping them troubleshoot machines and making sure the flow of the shop is running smoothly. I started as a normal operator on a plasma table, then I was trained on other roles and eventually was offered a position as a shop foreman. My supervisor is very understanding, able to help with a problem. The atmosphere that he gives is very family-oriented which is something I really appreciate.

Before Damotech bought Mac Rak, the flow of the shop was not as efficient, but there have been a lot of improvements in the past year or so,
