Some of the worst pay i've seen in the industry Snarky office culture focuses on blaming others and gossiping Principal is a complete child-often yells at employees, huge lack of respect Principal would often scream at credit card companies on the phone and curse them out in front of everyone in the office. Unprofessional environment. Principal's wife was often in the office, hanging out and gossiping about their social lives in front of employees. Principal was constantly making inappropriate jokes that made me very uncomfortable. No teamwork, talking or asking questions is frowned upon No kitchen, so no sink for dishes, no coffee, and no microwave to heat food. A tiny mini-fridge for 10 employees to share. Employees are expected to wash their dishes in the bathroom sink. I found it shocking that employees were essentially forced to buy lunch every day while also on such a low salary. Leaving the office for lunch was frowned upon. Most people order lunch to the office, then eat at their computers. Zero benefits. Zero sick days.
