      Pros

      Few Managers are good but they are helpless as management is not listening. I was in profesional services (us recruitment) and my manager was excellent leader as well as good human being i would say. When ever i or other team members were in problem, he always helped us.

      Cons

      During my days there i found management is not supportive. They are not listening, always some internal politics going on...HR and Admin department is very pathatic. Their internal portal nuts n bolts ..very pathatic..due to technical error in their internal system they deducted my 4 days salary and i didnt received that after even in my full n final. Recently came to know due to their internal politics and pathetic environment my manager also left this company...
