Modern work environment with cordial employees who all work hard. Company benefits are excellent and salaries very competitive. Good balance between home and office.

Let's face it - the transportation industry today is a commodity and generally goes to the lowest cost carrier. One way companies try to differentiate is to promote that employees are the company's greatest asset. But, when push comes to shove, there is no loyalty in today's company culture. There is only the bottom line. Work hard and think you have a long career in the pipe line. Not at Damco unfortunately.
