It's an aging & dying industry and they are doing nothing to keep up with the times or diversified themselves. If they are not careful they are going to be another blockbuster situation. The management team is old and set in their ways. They are not open to new and fresh ideas. It's still a good O'Boys atmosphere if they like you they love you and will promote you and if they don't you will stay stagnant and stuck in a ditch and career for years to come. If you ever go against what they like they will be looking for ways to get rid of you.
