      Its a noble endeavor to work for your City

      Cons

      They dont inform you of the ERP (employee retirement plan) until you are hired.... 13% of your "negotiated" salary is taken off the top. Reviews are not really about you, its about the manager. If you complain, you are omitted from conversations. What I find strange is I didn't find this page under "City of Dallas" : almost like they don't want to be found here.
