-trying to make adjustments with all the changes -reaching out to our students in a more consistent manner -making sure our students are supported with food, housing, and transportation -Advisors that support the students from admissions until transfer/workforce/graduation
Cons
-Low pay for staff -Not enough admin support for mid-level staff -lose of employees because of the changes -forgetting that DC has to support their employees as well as their students
