Pros
Lots of women in leadership
Cons
Some people get to work remotely, some don't. All employees are supposed to be working in-person, but 70% of the other staff I encounter through virtual meetings with are actually working from home, based on spoken agreements with their supervisors. It's unfair. If Dallas College just faced the reality that a lot of better work better from home, they would have happier employees and improve retention. Also, to qualify for parental leave, you must work there for 36 months. They are so out of touch. It shows you how they really feel about their employees, especially women.
