Pros
The week off for Christmas and spring break is great. PTO is much better than most companies. The work feels like it has meaning - after all, everyone needs an education.
Cons
There is no upward mobility. Promotions get mentioned and then die a long, slow, quiet death due to bureaucracy and most mid-level or senior positions that might open up are filled via nepotism, regardless of qualifications or quality of work. So there's no point in staying long-term.
