Flexible working in the office

No training or career development prospects limited. They promise you the world fail to deliver. Management are still in the dark ages. Communication skills limited to email forming a blame culture and micro management failing to see the big picture. Sale prices product loaded and quality not meeting expectation. High staff turnover experienced staff not valued nor appreciated. Health and safety none compliance not meeting current regulations. HR department is asleep at the wheel.
