Pros

When I joined Daksta I did not have any recruitment experience and was the youngest at the company. Everyone at Daksta made me feel so welcomed from the start, inviting me to their social events before my start date. They offered so much support during their 12 week training program and the support didn't stop after the 12 weeks were over. The Sales Performance Coach would do one on one on desk training sessions as well as whole company training days. The culture at Daksta was what attracted me in the beginning, everyone seemed so friendly and just looked like an overall fun place to work. Which was true, however they also know when to be serious, keeping standards high and driving success.

Cons

Might not be the best option for you if you live on the North side of London as the travel would be quite far.

Pros

At first the team was very welcoming .Was told a story about having a great training structure ( training bootcamp) and opportunity's to progress, however this was was a facade and the training was non existent. To be fair when i joined half the team had left contentiously before hand so it's understandable the team was a mess.

Cons

Honestly throughout my entire career this is the worst company i have ever worked at. The team is extremely unprofessional and do not accommodate for different working styles. If one wants to focus on work and they will be labled a bad culture fit potentially racially motivated. Many times i overheard staff talking about people from african descent as scammers and con artists, often profiling candidates. I suffer from medically diagnosed narcolepsy which causes extreme drowsiness and during my lunch break i had found a room to sleep in ( typical in most corporate offices ) when this was discovered i was chastised for it and made to feel shame. This is unacceptable and far from inclusive .
