      1. Access to the latest fishing equipment is a definite plus for those who are fishing enthusiasts.

      Cons

      1. It's a small company so pay & benefits are lower than market average 2. Much higher than average work load, long hours are unavoidable. Not much work/life balance creates stress for many. 3. Favoritism of certain employees is unfortunately noticeable.

      -had opportunity to assist in Daiwa's biggest annual investment conference -limited number of interns -good chemistry between colleagues

      -no rotational program -located at the bottom of the island
