Pros

occasionally they bought communal milk All the team (not managers) are lovely Smaller company - more design freedom than in larger companies

Cons

I would never recommend anyone to work here. Working on minimum wage for a company which don't care about you & there's zero benefits. - Expected to take on jobs & roles which aren't in job description - No targets made for progression within the company - No HR - mine & lots of others mental health has been negatively affecting working here. - unprofessional management - no praise, expect you to work overtime, speak down to you, lots of whispering & laughing behind your back - no work/life balance - management work whenever they like (arrive late, then work evenings) but expect you to work office hours & evenings/weekends. - Lack of empathy to personal issues/when you're sick - Minimal training is given as they have no structure in place - Management constantly changing the structure of things then forgetting what they said & blaming the team - Doesn't feel like you're working in a team - you're not encouraged to share/discuss work & ideas, rarely have meetings with the whole team - High staff turn over - no sick pay - minimum days holiday - very few activities/nights out organised by employer Office: - no windows - feels like you're in a prison - morale in the office is often low - Management very negative which brings mood down - crammed into a small office - not enough space to work in - no communal areas - have to eat lunch at desk - Pipes freeze in winter - still expected to come in even when there's no running water

Pros

The design team itself is great – genuinely talented, supportive, and easy to work with.

Cons

Management is the biggest downside. The design manager and director were not supportive and often dismissive. Being told off for simply talking while working felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. The director regularly ignored staff, which created a poor atmosphere and lack of morale. The office environment is tired, dated, and uninspiring. There are no windows, which makes long days especially draining. Ongoing hygiene and facilities issues: fruit flies in the kitchen and frozen pipes during winter meant no running water – yet staff were still expected to be in the office. Work-from-home days are inconsistent and entirely at management’s discretion, offering little flexibility or trust. Pay is not competitive for the workload or expectations. Overall Really not a vibe. The office setup and management style make it an uninspiring place to work, despite having a strong design team. The space needs a full renovation, and the culture needs a serious rethink if the company wants to retain creative talent.

Pros

Great team ⭐️ everyone is lovely and supportive. Exciting projects to work on with the recent re-brand (everything is very aesthetic and everyone has the opportunity to have an input in design inspo meetings) Good work life balance (late evenings are rare, just the odd deadline may require one) Free samples 👗

Cons

Didn’t have the opportunity to progress or a pay rise unfortunately. No natural light in the main office.
