Cons
-Dailymotion has been losing money for a long time with no end in sight. Is this really sustainable? -Preaching to the choir here, but management in the NYC office has slowly been replaced by anyone that is French. Seems there are meetings on the French side which we are not privy to, but decisions made have major impact on the way we work. All company wide initiatives are driven from the Paris office. -Unhealthy snacks and way too much booze. -Office administration makes major decisions yet has the highest turnover. Treat these people with respect. Offer them full time positions. -A website/platform that neither me or anyone I know actually uses -Where have all the product owners gone? Why did it take a year to hire one or two? Why are they in Paris and not working NYC office hours? -Messy reorganization -Please hire an interior decorator. The office is in shambles with its mismatched desks, chairs, and a game room that looks more like a playroom for children.
