Will suck the life out of you and question your worth as an employee. HR needs to enforce better management practices because poor decisions are being made on treatment of employees. Abyssmally low morale Dishonest business practices but this is known in industry No career growth Bias in favor of French. Americans are afterthought. Empire building in France pushing out American office talent. Declining business model. Not growing audience in US at all so US is low value strategically. Rampant backstabbing People quitting in droves
