Pros
The Dev team was helpful, but no challenging work. Apart from the office location, I don't think there was anything to praise.
Cons
1. Really bad HR team. 2. CEO and CTO have zero idea about the products. 3. No one wants to revamp the old products and build something new. And If someone gives any idea nobody listens. 4. Cost-cutting in everything. 5. Really law salaries. 6. Hire and Fire policy in every department. Company fired almost 20 employees within the last year. 7. Too much dependency and faith in contractors and contractor sits in the office for 8 hours and plays video games. 8. Because of cost-cutting, all work goes to the contractors which impact product quality. 9. Company doesn't have any values.
