Pros

Great smoothies and juices. Hours of operation.

Cons

Everything: 1. Low salary pay - For the 45-50 hours they REQUIRE you work, you make pennies. No work life balance although it is an entry level paying job. 2. Zero growth opportunity- there are no ways to grow and learn from this position. Owners do not care of taking care of their managers. Just blame them for crappy sales and praise them for great sales. 3. Horrible benefits - Barely any PTO. Poor medical insurance. No paid holidays off. No work life balance. ZERO PERKS 4. No staff meetings - There is no teamwork or leadership in the company. The owners just care about sales, sales ,sales...like a car salesman. They do not provide any team meetings, workshops, or ways improve store operations. Nobody knows what is going one more than half the time. 5. Misogyny - The owners treat the females poorly compared to the males. It is not a female run business like they say they are. Males can get by with anything but females, no so much. Females are not taken as seriously as the males. 6. Owners - lack integrity and do not stay in line with their company core values. Managers are lied to, manipulated, and looked down upon. Owners are not open to constructive open feedback/criticism and fail to listen to their employees with great ideas. Owners also point fingers and blame others for the holes they dig themselves in. You cannot trust them. 7. No future - High turnover rate here. Not a long term job. Too many store are open and owners spend all their money keeping low performing stores open in an already saturated market. Company as a whole makes nothing. 8. MICROMANAGEMENT - micromanage every little thing to the point of insanity. Owners do not trust their managers so they step on toes and get in the way. 9. Lack of company culture - core values are not cared about. Negative culture that is sales driven and money hungry at every cost 10. Owners know nothing about health and nutrition - cleansing is not a lifestyle FYI 11. So many things. Everything you do not want to deal with in a job you deal with here. LOOK ELSEWHERE NOT WORTH IT

Pros

Some of the pros of working at daily juice is that they are very flexible with hours or scheduling days off, very dedicated coworkers, and plenty of opportunity to advance within the company. One of the few companies I have worked at that truly wants to see their employees do well in life and succeed

Cons

Small company means things can change frequently, but that’s not always necessarily a bad thing.

Pros

juices are great. smoothies taste amazing and all the food is so tasty and good for you. the pay was decent when i started, but then soon after everyone new hired got paid a lot less. even the managers got a pay decrease. you get tips, but really not many people seem to tip. if you are a customer, the products are great. unfortunately, working here is a different story.

Cons

the owner does not care AT ALL about his staff (which they say it is a female run business, but the husband was the only one ever really seeming to go to the stores and see who is working there/check in). they ONLY care about whatever the customers say and Never have the back of their employees. so if there is ever a crazy rude customer, you either suck it up and deal, or risk getting fired if arent totally kissing the crazy customer's behind. i never had an issue, but saw so many employees get in trouble for a customer's rude behavior. it really isnt organized that well either. the one manager who seemed to organize a store well, they didnt like.
