Great starting job, but lacks some empathy - Engineer Daily Instruments Employee Review

Lack of empathy, guidance, and retaining good employees. CEO/CFO are there to simply make money and as long as the books look good, that's the most important part. Some employees are great, but some really lack ambition. Retention rate is quite low.
