      Pros

      The people you work with are everything. They are some of the most amazing people.

      Cons

      They add way too much on your schedule and when you ask for a raise they deny you. When you come with a better idea they won't hear it. And they wonder why the newspaper is dying.

      Pros

      generally nice people that make it an ok place to work

      Cons

      Seems like management tries to make people believe they won't be able to succeed if they leave. Some changes are being made to the company for the better, unfortunately the lack of training and product improvement is going to sink this company.
