Daifuku has a very relaxed atmosphere and will give you plenty of headspace without breathing down your neck so long as you keep up with your responsibilities and workload. It's a really ideal kind of work environment in my opinion and you'll only rarely be rushed. They also have work from home and a small amount of unofficial flex time which is a huge plus. They also have a reasonable training environment to bring you up to speed.
