The Daifuku manager lied to all of us employees about the pay will increase and shift loading will be applied which is the only reason I excepted the job and I personally know the same for others ... with only verbal promises and would not give it in writing and with false dates of when it will happen I lost count after 1 hand of how many times the goul post was moved... the trade electricians and mechanicle fitters staff turn over is now 9 in just under 2 years. The new manager is inexperienced has zero mechanical aptitude and is just a power tripper imposter he will never be a leader because not everyone can be a good leader but anyone can be a bossman and that is all he will be... since he has taken over the staff turnover has exploded. I do not recommend anyone to work for them they lie so much they believe in their own lies it's a very toxic and political environment. I only give 1 star because there was nothing lower.
