Toxic culture and environment. Core management turns a blind eye to employee's welfare. Superior is toxic and hypocritical. Management level promotes faster than employees at the bottom. Management keeps squeezing the people at the bottom. There is 0 work-life balance, yet management feels this is what you SHOULD do, not appreciative at all (unless you regard hypocritical "thank you" email as appreciation). You not only need to face the customers, but you also need to face your superior. When problems arise, rest assured that your superior will not be on your side. Your customer treats you better than your employer. As a result, most people who are capable have left.
