      - Good pay - Flexible time off policies

      Cons

      - Will not hire you in unless you're a machine operator - Will still accrue attendance points for sick days even with a doctor's note - Will fire you for pretty much any reason - Management has no idea how to run the processes - Only 37.5 hour workdays
