Pros
The wage for instructors, isn't all evil, even if below most of the local schools, they offer retirement plans and health insurance and two weeks of vacation after the second year
Cons
There is no sufficient training to the instructors, they assume that one has to know everything, with reference to procedures, degrees, etc also office paperwork management is not appropriate and in order to achieve an increment of salary you have to be very good friend with the directors of the campus.
