      still using lotus notes as one of the main communication tools doesn't help in today's market

      Good pay They take on beginners Flexible schedule

      Cons

      Toxic workplace environment, rude staff, cold, unfriendly, favoritism (there were really great staff too though.) Old, inefficient in house system (Othello (don't know if it has since changed))
