No management skilss Negative attitude towards employees instead of praising them they will put you in difficult conditions , no fixed off they can call you anytime worst facilities , no cab service for girls they will kick you out in midnight if your performance is low agent's are treated as slaves in here salary is peanuts . The company owners and co Don't even know how to talk to a person, managers are pathetic they will harass you until you start crying ... Worst decision ever made my be to work with them small dsa company holds nothing no respect for employees no respect for work 0 knowledge , 0 communication skill ... Never recommend to anyone not to a fresher not to any experience person .....
