      Pros

      The team and culture was incredible. Working with some of the most brilliant minds in the e-Comm space and never once felt inferior or not technical enough. There is always a learning opportunity and the team gets so excited to share their knowledge.

      Cons

      The workload got to be a little too much and we could have used an extra body or two.

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO is a nice benefit

      Cons

      This place is a mess. All of the employees who know the product have left, excluding the former CEO. The company has secured additional funding but as a result has a board that has taken the steering wheel. Culture is terrible, people are not helpful. Slacks take forever to be answered, customers hate the product, and now there is an abundance of people who can document and escalate problems and a shortage of people who can actually solve them.
