Pros
Working at DaVita can be very rewarding. The environment is pleasant and management encourages good work and rewards hard work in a different way. Employees working together and general respect for each other keeps moral up for the most part.
Cons
Down sides are as most companys these days so it should be no shock but I did expect better out of DaVita because the always strive to go above the rest...Benefits are slowly going away. Going on year two with no raises, Not everyone qualifies for bonuses, Still no retirement plan, and Family health insurnace premiums and out of pocket costs went thru the roof this year!! Sorry DaVita you let your teammates down this year!!
