Pros
If you want a job where you don't have to think, aren't intellectually challenged, and love to perform skits and sing corproate songs and chants, then this is the place for you.
Cons
Cult-like environment. Managers have literally said they would rather have employees who do mediocre work but who are willing to do corproate "chants" and "cheers" on conference calls and dress up like Muskateers in the office, than who do outstanding work but are not comfortable performing chants. (I am not joking; me and one of my co-workers overheard one manager saying this to an employee in a cubicle next to ours.) Because I work at the corporate office in Denver, maybe this is just extra strong here; I can't speak for other company locations, nor the individual clinics. Managers in some departments are not promoted based on technical competency or managerial skills but on "the buddy system." They also do not believe in praising individuals for a job well done. Many of the managers treat their employees as Gen X parents treat their children; everyone has to remain on the same level, because if a truly outstanding performer is singled out, then the other, less competent employees will "feel bad." They run this place like a kindergarten. And the CEO likes to play dress up as a Muskateer. Very bizarre.
