Pros
When I first started to work for DaDa it was much better. Management sometimes communicated with their teachers and were a lot less threatening.
Cons
With each passing year the company lost its ability to manage itself. Worse than that, it failed to provide proper education for their students. With each change in salary, the company promised to provide a larger wage, but in reality continued to deduct wage. It wasn’t only misleading, but they didn’t even provide any fine print on the matter. The first “increase” I received was $5 less per hour and no bonuses at all. Despite having several students that loved having me as their teacher and commented that I was the best teacher they had, DaDa deleted my account and refused to answer my emails.
